* POINTE is offered by invitation only.  Teacher evaluation is required.
*  Each additional class for the same student receives a $10.00 discount per class, per month.
* Families receive a $10.00 discount per month for each additional student within that family.

 

PAYMENT POLICIES

TUITION IS DUE THE FIRST LESSON OF EACH MONTH  - Any payment received after the 15th of the month will be considered late and will be subject to a $10.00 late fee.  Returned checks will be charged a return fee.  After two checks have been returned for non sufficient funds, your account must be paid with cash or credit card only.

FULL PAYMENT IS DUE EACH MONTH  - Full payment is still due even if a class is missed.  If you take advantage of the monthly rate and attend all classes or schedule makeup classes, you will receive an average of four lessons each month.

MONTHLY NOTICES ARE NOT SENT OUT  - Notices will not be sent out unless you fail to make a payment by the 15th.  At that time the $10.00 late fee will be added to your balance.

DROPPING A CLASS  - Until you give written notice in the office or email the book keeper (telling your teacher verbally is NOT sufficient) that you are dropping a class, we will assume you plan to attend and are responsible for paying for those classes.  WE CANNOT BE FLEXIBLE ON THIS POLICY!  Many of our classes have a waiting list for students who need a spot.
